This is my friend KKW, modeling a spiffy new suit and a fancy fur purse. The inspiration photo was black and white, so I took creative liberty with the pink.

This is a cool composition. I have to tell you that my first impression was that this image reminds me of an old black and white photo...and then I read it in the description...what the! How does this painting seem to personify that? maybe it's the timely gesture of the pose and the period clothing that gives it an almost nostalgic feel. Well done Belinda.
