Villa Steps 4 x 6 Monotype & watercolor This former residence, an Italian/Spanish Villa built in the 1920's, is now a girls' school in Sierra Madre, CA. The administrators are kind enough to allow artists to paint & sketch on site during weekends, as long as the wedding and film/tv production schedule allows.
